RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of order delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Syntax Wears will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you. All applicable return shipping charges will be covered by us.
If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, you may need to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping charges of up to ₹100 will be reimbursed if the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Conditions
* The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
* The product should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
* Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
Recommended Shipping Method
For self-shipped returns, we recommend using India Post Speed Post, as it is a reliable and widely available postal service. Please retain your shipping receipt until your return is successfully processed.

Refund Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD returns, a coupon code equivalent to the returned order value will be issued to your registered mobile number or email address within 48 hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.
Prepaid Orders
For eligible prepaid returns, refunds will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds for Coupon-Based Orders
If a prepaid order was placed using a refund coupon:
* The coupon portion will be refunded through a new coupon code.
* Any additional amount paid through the original payment method will be refunded to the original payment mode.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us through the WhatsApp button available on our website.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may request a return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

* Customers are advised to check the size guide carefully before placing an order.
* We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
* Product colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen resolution, brightness, and display settings.
* Please provide a WhatsApp-registered mobile number while placing your order for real-time order updates and a smoother shopping experience.
* If you receive a damaged parcel, incorrect product, or empty package, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video while opening your package. This may be required to verify claims related to damaged, incorrect, or missing products.
